Attendance
We expect 200-250 physicians and other pediatric clinicians to attend the 2008 Annual Meeting.

Exhibit Set-Up
Exhibitors may set up beginning the afternoon of Thursday, August 14. Breakdown begins after the morning break on Saturday, August 16. We are planning on 6ft tables with two chairs for the exhibit hall, no pipe and drape. Spaces are designated based on when contracts are received.

Exhibit Fees
$900 for commercial sponsors; $250 for non-profits

A detailed schedule will be provided for representatives attending the meeting once their contact information has been provided.

NCPS welcomes designated contributions to underwrite portions of the Annual Meeting or any of our programmatic efforts. Sponsorship includes booth space at the annual meeting and more. Our recognition levels are:
 

Diamond Level             $10,000 or more
Recognition as a Diamond Level Sponsor in NCPS publications including the annual meeting guidebook/syllabus (full page) as well as recognition of company personnel at the negotiated sponsored event.

Gold Level                   $  6,000 or more
Recognition as a Gold Level Sponsor in NCPS publications, including the Annual Meeting guidebook/syllabus (listing), as well as recognition of company personnel at the negotiated event. 

Silver Level                 $  4,000 or more
Recognition as a Silver Level Sponsor in NCPS publications including the Annual Meeting guidebook/syllabus (listing).

Patron Level                $  1,500 or more
Recognition as a Patron Level Sponsor in NCPS publications including the Annual Meeting guidebook/syllabus (listing). 

Exhibitor/Sponsor     $     900

Non-Profit                   $     250

Educational Topics and Credit
The NCPS Pediatric Education Committee is responsible for planning the scientific sessions. 

Hotel Reservations
The Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes is an ocean-front resort with the latest and greatest amenities for both business and pleasure. The property offers championship golf, tennis and fitness centers, a large tropical beachfront pool with a waterslide, and a European spa with an indoor pool. A block of rooms has been reserved to accommodate NCPS guests at the Marriott at a special rate of $169 plus tax per night.
