As a Diamond, Gold, Silver, or Patron Level Sponsor you may choose to sponsor one of the following events or programs. Sponsorship is recognized in the Annual Meeting Guidebook/Syllabus and with signage at the event.

Breakfast - Practice Management Session $1,000
A breakfast will be served during the Saturday morning committee meeting.

Saturday Morning Break $1,000
A refreshing break will be served between the workshop sessions in the exhibit hall.

Medical Students/Residents’ Meeting $1,000
A special meeting is provided for all medical students and residents who attend on Saturday.

Award Presentations $10,000
Everyone helps celebrate the annual awards at a special luncheon ceremony on Saturday.

Scientific Syllabus $2,000
Each meeting participant receives a syllabus with the meeting schedule and scientific session abstracts, notes and information provided by speakers. As a sponsor of this publication, you will be recognized on the inside front cover of Scientific Syllabus.

Practice Managers’ Meeting $2,000
This annual session is a separate track for practice managers to address administrative and operations issues in the pediatric practice.

Unrestricted CME or Speaker Sponsorships $1,000 per session
This must be arranged through the North Carolina Pediatric Society. Arrangements made without our knowledge will not receive recognition.

Children’s Activities $3,000
During the weekend an extensive children’s program is available for children ages 3-12. There will be opportunities for creative arts and outdoor fun.
