Friday
The Welcome Reception on Friday evening is designed to acknowledge and thank our sponsors as well as help you meet all of the Annual Meeting participants.  Sponsors, guests, and children are invited to attend and enjoy the heavy hors d’oeuvres.  A cash bar will be available.  We will also host a fundraiser auction and wine raffle featuring luxury vacation opportunities and fine wines.  Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the PEDS PAC- the NCPS Political Action Fund- and the NCPS Foundation. 

Saturday
The annual awards ceremony will be held at lunch, giving meeting attendees the opportunity to enjoy a free afternoon to enjoy Myrtle Beach and take advantage of the many activities offered in and around the Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes, including indoor and outdoor pools, golf, and tennis, and the resort’s European spa.

Child Care

For a flat fee of $120 per family, child care will be available for infants to twelve year olds for the duration of the Annual Meeting weekend during scheduled meeting sessions. $40 per single day for a portion of the meeting.

Infants through 3 year olds will be under the care of Afterschool Adventures, Inc., a professional babysitting service with caregivers from education and nursing backgrounds. Please be aware that toys and snacks for the younger group must be supplied by the parents.

Children 4 through 12 will be cared for via the Marriott’s program staff, and will participate in group activities such as art making, sandcastle contests, and games.

Please provide the names and ages of children that you anticipate enrolling in childcare in the designated space on the registration form. Onsite registration for child care is not available.
