TRANSFER OR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Transfer Process: If you are no longer able to participate in the meeting/event, you may elect to transfer your registration. Anyone who elects to transfer registration to another person can do so up until the day of the event. If you elect to transfer your registration please see the registration desk for name tag and materials upon arrival.   

Cancellation Process: No refunds are available if received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting/event start date. (You may transfer your registration up to the day of the event.)  Prior to seven (7) days, you will incur a $25 cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
