Cancellations: 

• Cancellations shall be accepted up to 14 calendar days prior to the event (until and including January 10, 2025) and refunds given, minus a $15 fee to cover processing costs.
• Cancellations shall not be accepted, and refunds shall not be given, within 14 calendar days of the event (after and including January 11, 2025.) 
  
• No-shows shall not be refunded.
