NCPeds Welcomes Elizabeth Hudgins

Today begins a new chapter for the NC Pediatric Society as we proudly welcome our new Executive Director, Elizabeth Hudgins.

A North Carolina native, she has served for the past 5 years asExecutive Director of the N.C. She previously worked as a Senior Policy Analyst for the State Fiscal Project with the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities in Washington, D.C. and held policy and research positions for child advocacy organizations such as the Children's Action Alliance in Arizona and NC Child.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Amherst College and obtained a Masters in Public Policy from Duke University. She lives in Raleigh with her husband and teenage son.

Please join us in welcoming Elizabeth to our staff!
